Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Place the items in their original jewelry box and secure them in a shipping mailer, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
